Over the last couple of days we have seen a sell off in 380 cracks with Sep going from $-6.23 on the 30th Jul to $-7.74 this morning. We have seen Singapore’s commercial stockpiles of heavy distillates slipped 1.5% to a three-week low. So this idea is to catch the turn.
