This fortnight in LPG, while outright contracts all strengthened over the past week, price action in spreads was more telling of sentiment. We saw US Mont Belvieu (LST) propane spreads first plummet at the start of the month and then subsequently rally, with the Q1/Q2’25 LST spread firming from 4.875c/gal on 05 Aug to 6.50c/gal on 08 Aug.
