In the week ending October 2, refinery margins saw varied movement across regions. Asian Refinery Margin finished at $33.94/bbl after moving from a high of $45.25/bbl. European Refinery Margin ended at $24.05/bbl with a weekly decline of -$1.42 $/bbl. US Refinery Margin settled at its latest value of $38.62/bbl, declining slightly by -$0.74 $/bbl w/w.

  • European Margins: European refinery margins experienced significant downward pressure during the week ending 2 Oct; GO Crack fell -$9.89/bbl w/w to $75.87/bbl and 0.5 Bgs Crack declined -$3.97/bbl w/w to -$1.90/bbl, while EBOB Crack moved up slightly +$1.01/bbl w/w to $32.08/bbl.
  • Asian Margins: Asian margins saw movement across both benchmarks during the week ending 2 Oct5; on Dubai Cracks, GO Dubai Crack fell sharply -$20.43/bbl w/w and Kero Dubai Crack declined -$5.91/bbl w/w to $64.57/bbl. On Brent cracks, S10 BRT fell - $7.00/bbl w/w to $64.59/bbl while 92 Crack moved up strongly +$3.78/bbl w/w to $27.98/bbl and Sing 0.5 Crack rose +1.97/bbl w/w to $23/bbl.
