In the week ending 11 Sep, refinery margins saw upward momentum across all regions. Asian Refinery Margin rose significantly throughout the period to a high of $42.48/bbl on 11 Sep (+4.89 $/bbl w/w). For Europe, the margin concluded at $26.54/bbl (+0.73 $/bbl w/w). The US Refinery Margin closed at $39.85/bbl (+1.81 $/bbl w/w).

  • European Margins: M1 European refinery margins saw modest changes in the week ending 11 Sep; GO Crack rose significantly +$11.08/bbl w/w to $90.62/bbl and EBOB Crack moved up $2.14/bbl w/w to $34.04/bbl. Naphtha Crack climbed slightly +$0.05/bbl w/w, while 0.5 Bgs Crack declined -$1.75/bbl w/w to $2.45/bbl.
  • Asian Margins: Asian margins showed broad strength across both benchmarks as of 11 Sep. On GO Dubai Cracks, the margin rose strongly +$10.32/bbl w/w; Kero Dubai Crack also grew +$9.90/bbl w/w to $78.30/bbl. On Brent cracks, S10 BRT Margins recorded the biggest move of $+13.76/bbl w/w to $81.22/bbl, while 92 Crack climbed +$5.64/bbl w/w and 380 Crack improved +$4.49/bbl w/w to -$1.76/bbl.
