So, today’s the day, the Iranians and Americans may not have agreed what to argue about in Oman, but at least they’re talking – via intermediaries… And they agreed to talk again next time. No breakthroughs but no catastrophes! Maybe the second round will be more ‘productive’. It’s a non-event!
