The High Sulphur Fuel Oil market saw continued volatility over the fortnight, with trading interests focused in the Sing 380 complex. The May'26 Singapore 380 crack fluctuated between -$0.50 and $4/bbl, while the May/Jun'26 380 spread initially fell from $30 to $20 before rebounding to $40/mt.
