  • The RSI remains in the neutral territory, while CTA net positioning is still below 0, which shows further room for upside from here.

 

  • The MACD histogram is positive and widening, reinforcing the supportive view. The Bollinger bands are also widening, suggesting a breakout after a low-volatility period.

 

  • Nonetheless, Keep an eye out for short-term resistance at current levels (as seen in Dec) and $28/bbl (Ichimoku cloud)
